Simonett is a women’s ready-to-wear and accessories label designed by Simonett Pereira. At helm of her namesake brand, Simonett serves as Founder and Creative Director with a focus to meet the wardrobe needs of women all over the world.
Artfully crafted and beautifully designed, each garment and accessory breathes new life into the ever-evolving female wardrobe. Our silhouettes are defined by fluidity, and remain wearable through the changing of trends and seasons. We are detailed and thoughtful in our manufacturing to ensure our clothes are not only affordable, but can withstand the test of time.
Sizing
We understand that picking a size can be difficult sometimes, which is why we offer the following information to help you make a decision. Please use the below sizing charts as well as the exact measurements for each piece to help determine your size for an item.

Please note that sizing may vary by product, and may not fully match the information shown on the chart. This chart is meant as a general guide only. The most accurate information we can provide you with regarding a product's size will be its exact measurements. Measurements for any given are often taken in inches. International customers: please multiply by 2.54 for the centimeter conversion.

Product measurements
We provide detailed measurements for many of our products online. You can find this information in our product descriptions. Measurements are taken by us as accurately as possible with products lying flat on a table. This flat measurement is then multiplied by 2 to reflect the exact width around the body.

Checkout
You can add and remove products from your shopping bag before your checkout. Upon checkout, you will be asked to sign into your Simonett account. On the checkout page you can enter a new address, or select an address you have previously used. You can also select a shipping method, as well as enter your payment information. When you are ready to place your order, click confirm. Shopping at simonett.us is safe. Personal information provided on simonett.us is transmitted through a secure server using Secure Socket Layering (SSL) encryption technology. Payment
We currently accept payment by all major credit cards, as well as PayPal. If you have a payment question, our customer service team would be happy to help you. Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard pre-authorization on your payment method to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. We will only charge the pre-authorization when the order is packed and ready for shipment. If the billing information is incorrect or incomplete, we may contact you for confirmation before your order is shipped.
International duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside of the U.S. may be subject to duties or VAT. We calculate current tax rates for each product for every country on our website via the flag bubble on the lower left-hand side of our site. If applicable, you will be required to pay such fees upon receiving your order or before your order can be delivered. Please note that some shipments may experience delays due to the customs clearance process, which are outside of our control. We apologize for any inconvenience these delays may cause. We offer the option to pre-pay duties to us at checkout which ensures there will be no delays with your order and the package will de delivered directly to you. If a package is refused upon entering your country and duties and taxes are not paid, the package is automatically abandoned and we cannot extend a refund for the order. If you pre-pay duties via our website on your order and then return your package, we cannot refund the duties as they are paid to customs upon package entry.
Shipping & Delivery Issues
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, or the customer not being available, the customer is able to request to hold the item at a nearby sort location for pickup. If that option is not available, the package is automatically abandoned and we cannot extend a refund for the order. For international orders, this includes any duties paid to customs for the entry of the item(s).
Order confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email a few minutes after you place your order. Please check your junk or spam folders if it does not appear in your inbox. Please review the order confirmation and contact us here if you see any errors. You can also review the details of your order from your Simonett account, under Order History.
Order changes and cancellations
You can request an order change or cancellation from your Simonett account, under Order History. From there you can chose from the 'Modify' menu to submit a request for your pending orders. Your order will be on hold until our Customer Care team can review your request.
Order status
You can verify the status of your order at any time from your Simonett account, under Order History. Please note that we ask for a standard processing time of up to two business days (not including weekends or holidays) from the time your order is placed. A 'Processing' status means that your order has not yet been shipped. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.
Price protection
Excluding coupons and temporary price reductions, we offer a one-time price adjustment on products purchased up to 7 days before it is discounted. For products to qualify for a price adjustment, the same style and size must be available for purchase at the time of your price adjustment request. Pricing and currency are displayed according to the IP address of your device. If you are accessing our website from within the US, prices will be shown in USD.
