Return Policy
Simonett allows returns for refund or exchange on full price merchandise received within 14 days of order delivery date.
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached.
- All sale items are considered final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
- Jewelry and Accessories (including shoes, handbags, belts, hats) are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
- Swimwear, Bodysuits and Undergarments are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
- One Of Kind and made to order products (Items will be noted in the product descriptions) are considered final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
- All items purchased during a promotional sale are considered final.
- If full price items go on sale within 3 days of purchase, a price match can be honored upon request
- Shipping, taxes, and duties are non-refundable
- All orders placed through third party platforms are subject to the return policy listed on Simonett.us
- A return shipping label is provided via our portal for domestic customers however, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- If items that are not eligible for a return or exchange are sent to us, a refund or exchange will not be granted and will be subject to a return fee for items to be shipped back to the customer. Return fee cost varies by shipping rates.
- Please allow 4-5 business days after delivery for refunds to be processed. Once processed an email confirmation will be sent to the email address associated with the order.
